TMTPOST —Dmall Inc. (多点数智), together with Linkerbot (灵心巧手) and Shenzhen Taiyi Enterprise Management Center, has formed Lingmei Intelligent Digital Core (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., which focuses on artificial intelligence application software development, intelligent robot R&D, and sales. The joint venture, with a registered capital of 30 million RMB (approximately $4.2 million USD) and legal representative Zhang Feng, co-founder and president of Dmall Inc., is structured with Dmall holding 51%, Linkerbot 29%, and the remaining 20% by the center. This move builds on Dmall’s December 2024 Hong Kong listing and its recent push to integrate AI agents more deeply into retail scenarios. The partnership signals Dmall’s accelerated execution of its “AI + retail” strategy, combining advanced robotics hardware with retail digitization capabilities. It positions the company to strengthen its competitive edge in the rapidly evolving smart retail market by delivering more autonomous and intelligent solutions to merchants across China.
