The board of directors approved the proposal to secure processing services tailored exclusively for scientific computing hardware, excluding standard graphics processing units. Management has not yet executed a definitive purchase agreement for the procurement framework. According to the regulatory filing, the transaction aims to implement the company's dual-wheel drive expansion strategy. Executives intend to leverage the external computing power to establish a service network optimized for scientific artificial intelligence fields, diversifying the corporate business structure.
