Zhiyuan Elf G2 Starts Live Operations on 3C Production Line
TMTPOST — Zhiyuan Elf G2 robots began a six-day unedited live broadcast of real-world operations on June 23 at Longqi Technology’s factory in Jiangxi province, demonstrating full coverage of the tablet quality inspection segment in a 3C electronics production line.
The robots are performing the complete workflow across four core processes — multimedia interface testing, audio evaluation, radiation stray emission measurement and coupling tests — while strictly following the factory’s 8am-to-7pm schedule. The deployment represents what the company describes as the world’s first full-segment embodied intelligence application in actual 3C manufacturing quality inspection.
Zhiyuan’s live demonstration highlights accelerating commercialization efforts in embodied AI for industrial settings, where Chinese Mainland robotics developers are moving beyond laboratory validation toward tangible deployment in high-volume electronics manufacturing. The project with Longqi Technology offers a visible benchmark for robot reliability, operational uptime and integration into existing production environments. Investors will monitor scalability indicators, cost efficiency metrics and potential expansion to additional production lines as embodied intelligence shifts from pilot projects toward broader industrial adoption, amid rising capital interest in automation solutions capable of delivering measurable productivity gains in the 3C sector.
