Lingshuo Intelligent Secures Tens of Millions of Yuan in Series A Extension
TMTPOST — Chinese artificial intelligence software developer Lingshuo Intelligent has completed a Series A extension round exceeding 10 million yuan ($1.4 million) to accelerate product development and government enterprise expansion.
The follow-on capital injection was jointly provided by Lushi Capital and Trendlines Capital, building on earlier Series A funding from CSC Financial Capital and Xi'an Financial Holding. Proceeds will fund product iterations for the enterprise's flagship Blade Agentic OS, Blade Agent Box integrated systems, and Blade Agentic OS Edge hardware modules. The Xi'an-based startup specializes in autonomous agent platform architectures, developing hardware-software software integrations for defense, intelligent perception, and complex decision-making scenarios across corporate and public sector clients.
Across domestic software markets, venture capital allocations are concentrating heavily on agentic operating systems that bridge complex artificial intelligence models with physical edge hardware. Capital deployment patterns reflect growing demand from state-owned enterprises and municipal agencies seeking tailored deployment architectures for secure, high-precision decision-making workflows. As enterprise automation moves toward autonomous agent frameworks, specialized infrastructure providers are positioned to capture expanding market share across regulated industrial sectors.
