Unitree Unveils ‘Superman’ Humanoid That Exceeds Human Athletic Limits
TMTPOST — Unitree Robotics has released a new humanoid robot named Superman that the company says surpasses all human records for standing vertical jump and sprint speed. The robot features 0.85-meter leg length, achieves a standing jump of 2 meters and reaches a top speed of 12.66 meters per second. Unitree stated that the complete new platform was developed in just over three months and still has substantial room for refinement in the coming months. The debut continues Unitree’s rapid iteration in humanoid locomotion. Earlier in 2026 the company’s H1 model had already set speed records approaching elite human performance; Superman now claims to exceed them. The company plans further public appearances and technical briefings in the near term.
