TMTPOST — Tencent Music Entertainment Group said it plans a public offering of senior unsecured notes in one or more series, subject to market conditions and other factors. The notes have been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and are expected to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of offshore debt and share repurchases. Joint bookrunners for the proposed offering are J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
