TMTPOST — Sea-surface embodied intelligence company ORCAUBOAT has completed a Series C financing round, bringing its cumulative fundraising this year to nearly 300 million yuan. The round was led by Xi’an High-Tech Investment, with participation from Yuanhe Puhua and Sanyuan Capital. Proceeds will mainly support iteration of sea-surface physical AI technology, expansion of the company’s ORCA-APAS general vessel brain system across scenarios, and development of consumer water leisure products. ORCAUBOAT focuses on autonomous navigation and surface robots for maritime applications.
