TMTPOST — DeliNova Therapeutics, also known as Fengxun Bio, has completed a Pre-A financing round of 100 million yuan. New investors include Bilinxing Capital, Yueyin Medical Fund and Jianggen Capital, while existing shareholders Legend Capital, Hongfeng Investment and Hanyuan Asset participated in follow-on investments. Proceeds will advance non-clinical development and regulatory filings for in-vivo CAR-T pipelines targeting hematological and solid tumors, and further develop the company’s generative-AI-driven full-process in-vivo CAR-T platform. Founded in May 2025, the company has raised nearly 200 million yuan in total and focuses on AI-enabled in-vivo CAR-T therapies.
