TMTPOST — AI-native biopharmaceutical company BioGeometry has completed a Series A+ financing round, bringing its cumulative Series A funding to more than $100 million. The latest round was led by China Life Capital, with existing shareholder Shanghai Biomedical Fund increasing its stake. Other participants included Guokai Science & Technology, Ruili Investment, Guofang Venture and additional biopharma industrial investors, while Fortune Capital continued its support. Index Capital acted as exclusive financial adviser. Proceeds will fund further development of the company’s GeoFlow molecular-level and GeoCell cellular-level micro-world models, expansion of its high-throughput automated laboratory, and commercialization of proprietary drug pipelines.
